Mr. Packard is an Ann Arbor native that graduated from Pioneer in 1983 then moved all the way across town to study English at the University of Michigan. Returning to Pioneer in 1998, Mr. Packard has found his home in C331 ever since (except for a short stint at Huron HS and a somewhat longer stint at Slauson MS). Married to Slauson's Ms. Murphy, the two have made a home on the Old West Side and have three kids, a dog and one cat. Mr. Packard spends his free time swimming, reading, playing golf (poorly) and traveling when he can with his family. Currently, Mr. Packard is teaching Contemporary World Literature and Trailblazers. He is also working with Ms. Kunec to support students after school.
